Partberry Warranty Policy
We are confident in the quality of Partberry auto parts and provide extended warranty obligations for all our products.
Each part undergoes strict quality control so you can be confident in your vehicle's reliability.
1. General Provisions
The warranty for Partberry spare parts is 24 months from the date of purchase
or until the established mileage limit is reached — whichever comes first.
Warranty obligations are valid throughout the Russian Federation and apply to parts
installed and operated in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's technical requirements.
2. Warranty Conditions
Warranty obligations apply exclusively to Partberry parts
installed in compliance with the technical standards and recommendations of the vehicle manufacturer.
The warranty comes into effect from the moment the part is installed and is valid for the established period,
but does not exceed the scheduled replacement interval for the unit or component specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
The warranty remains valid provided the following conditions are met:

installation was performed at a certified service station;
-
the purchase is confirmed by a document (receipt, invoice, work order, etc.);
-
the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations were followed during operation;
-
the part has a legible marking and has not been subjected to mechanical damage.
3. Warranty Claim Procedure
If you experience problems with a Partberry part during operation:

Contact the seller from whom the part was purchased (store, distributor, or marketplace).

The seller will organize the acceptance of the claim, inspection, and, if necessary, diagnostics of the part.

If the warranty case is confirmed, the part will be replaced or the cost will be refunded.

For purchases on marketplaces (Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex.Market), the claim is processed through the platform's personal account.
4. Cases Not Covered by the Warranty
The warranty does not apply if:

the part failed due to natural wear and tear (filters, lamps, wipers, belts, brake pads, etc.);
-
damage was caused by an accident, overheating, corrosion, chemical, or mechanical impact;
-
the vehicle was operated in racing or extreme conditions;
-
installation or maintenance regulations were violated;
-
low-quality fluids, oils, or consumables were used;
-
the malfunction arose due to defects in adjacent vehicle components;
-
the part was subjected to unauthorized repair, modification, or external interference;
-
the product was sold as discounted or with an obvious defect that the buyer was notified about in advance.
5. Warranty Periods by Part Groups

6. Liability
The Partberry brand is responsible for the quality of its products within the established warranty conditions.
The company is not liable for indirect damages associated with vehicle downtime, loss of profit,
or other consequences of malfunction.
